Privacy Policy

Ticketed Tradesmen Inspection Group ("TTIG") respects your privacy. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect the information you share with us when you book an inspection or contact us through this website.

This policy applies to ttinspections.ca and to any information you provide by phone, text, or email in connection with our Edmonton home inspection services. By using this site or booking an inspection, you agree to the practices described below.

What we collect. Name, email, phone number, property address, and any details you provide when requesting a quote or booking an inspection. We also collect limited technical data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring source — through standard web analytics so we can understand how visitors find and use the site.

How we use it. Only to schedule and deliver your inspection, send your report, and follow up on your service. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing. Aggregate analytics data may be used to improve the site, measure ad performance, and prioritize the services Edmonton homeowners ask about most.

Third parties. A small number of trusted vendors process data on our behalf: our scheduling platform (to book and confirm inspections), our reporting platform (to deliver your inspection report), our email provider (to send confirmations and reports), and Google Analytics / Google Search Console (to measure site usage). Each is bound by its own privacy and security obligations.

Cookies & analytics. We use first-party cookies and privacy-respecting analytics events to measure traffic, page performance, and which calls-to-action are working. You can disable cookies in your browser at any time; some site features (such as the booking widget) may not work without them.

Data retention. Inspection bookings, reports, and related correspondence are retained for as long as needed to service your inspection and meet our legal and insurance obligations. Marketing-related analytics data is retained on a rolling basis and is not tied to your identity.

Security. We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections, restricted access, and reputable hosting providers — to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, but we treat your data with the same care we'd expect for our own.

Your rights. You can ask us at any time to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We'll respond within a reasonable time frame and in line with applicable Alberta and Canadian privacy law (PIPA / PIPEDA).

Contact. To request access to or deletion of your information, or to ask a privacy-related question, call us at 780-278-7999 or 587-590-1996, or email info@ttinspections.ca.

This policy may be updated from time to time. The current version always lives at this URL; material changes will be noted at the top of the page.
