How long does an inspection take?+
Most residential inspections take between 1.5 and 3 hours depending on the size and condition of the property.
When do I get my report?+
Your full detailed report is delivered within 24 hours of your inspection.
Do I need to be present during the inspection?+
Being there gives you the opportunity to ask questions and walk through findings with your inspector in real time. If you can't make it, we'll be available to answer every question or concern afterward.
How many inspectors will show up?+
We send 2 inspectors to every home inspection and 1 inspector to every condo inspection. Two sets of eyes means nothing gets missed. *availability dependant.
What areas do you serve?+
Edmonton, Leduc, Sherwood Park, St. Albert, Stony Plain, Beaumont and Spruce Grove. We also travel outside these areas — additional travel charges may apply. Contact us for a quote.
How do I book?+
Book online or call us directly at 780-278-7999 or 587-590-1996. We are available 7 days a week.
What time slots are available for booking?+
We offer flexible booking Monday to Sunday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Contact us for hours outside this window.
Are drone and thermal imaging really included?+
Yes — every inspection includes 4K drone roof inspection and full thermal imaging at no extra cost.
